For this raid they were their only competition. From what I was seeing they and method were the only ones in final phase neck and neck.
I wouldn't have an issue if he stated he meant this tier because you're absolutely right. This tier Limit did phenomenal, but they're not the biggest competitor of Method over the years. 
Not over the years your correct lol but this tier like you and I said this tier. I wish all these other people would stop degrading them they really did do amazing keeping up with method and keeping them on their toes this raid.
