What's Twitch's stance on people selling/giving away old partnered accounts and then 're-purposing' them for someone new? I think I just found someone who bought and is using someone elses account.. monkaS

wasnt that a divorce settlement? because it was set as an llc is was seen as property under law so it was an asset to be gained but it pretty much flopped or whatever
