For a dedicated macro lens they aren't cheap! Canon 100mm F2.8 L Macro is fantastic, but expensive enough (£500ish). Cheaper than that I'd say the Sigma 105mm f2.8 EX Macro (Around £300ish)

100-105mm / 2.8 Macro seems to be it! I actually just asked the same thing today but I have a nikon d5100 .. the parameters are the same for any macro lens tho! Unfortunately they ate really expensive
