I will never use @flybe again. I took everything I needed for my NYE trip to Berlin in HAND LUGGAGE, when I got to the plane the attendant rudely demanded I put it in hold. I told her I was very concerned it wouldn't make the short connection and she showed no care whatsoever.

That luggage never made the connection despite somehow being at the same gate as we arrived and departed from. No one knows where it is. I have no clothes, or toiletries for my New Year celebrations anymore, effectively rendering it impossible for me to attend. @flybe

Not to mention all the valuables I had inside that case that not only were expensive but also personal value to me are now lost. No one is picking up the only phone number I was advised to call. @flybe your service is horrendous.
