That luggage never made the connection despite somehow being at the same gate as we arrived and departed from. No one knows where it is. I have no clothes, or toiletries for my New Year celebrations anymore, effectively rendering it impossible for me to attend. @flybe

Not to mention all the valuables I had inside that case that not only were expensive but also personal value to me are now lost. No one is picking up the only phone number I was advised to call.

That's totally unacceptable of
