I have this issue and it’s due to the cam link. Unplug it and re add it to your scenes. I hope this is your issue so that at least you have a fix.
Anyone have a fix for @OBSProject just lagging the PC out when you launch the program. Not live or anything but it stutters every couple of seconds, making it impossible to use.

Have u tried streamlabs obs? It’s really easy to use and you can import your setup

Had simlar issue I deleted and re-created scenes also cleared the cache. Hope this helps :)

When you say cleared cache, did you mean the %app data% or?

Had this issue when my webcam is not launching properly. Usually ends with blue screen of death

I have had similar issues fixing Rubys PC.... formated it..quickest way to fix the issue without pissing around for weeks like I had done previously..

I had this issue when using OBS studio some time ago. Since using Streamlabs OBS it's been working fine.
