The UK might remain in the EU after a judge ruled Article 50 can allow for a reversal decision on Brexit. Also, even if Brexit happens, UK won't be on it's own till 2021 I think? So depends on when Article 13 would come into effect, and when restrictions hit. Canada is best bet.
