Yes, there are people who bodypaint as an art form & express that art legitimately on the platform, and do it well, but the vast majority are only there to paint their boobs (badly) and get twitch donations. Much like the "twitch thots" vastly outnumber the legit gamers.

I don't think that's true. I don't speak for every body painter and I don't know every painter but some of the people I know and love who paint are tremendous at what they do.

Djari on the podcast? Make it so. Also I'm glad you're taking this path of trying to be in informative. For lots of people not in the know they only go by the misinformation they hear. I mean how many people out there still don't even understand the core premise of Twitch itself.
