having bluescreen doesn't mean the machine is dead.. the problem is likely to be the operating system.. like 99.9% chance.. hardware doesn't break that easy

i understand the frustration, i deal with these issues on my daily basis, i keep telling my customers to have a fail safe image/backup of the system, so if there's any problem in the future (which it will happen,microsoft updates) they can just replace it, im sorry for the bummer
