I need body paint for a Hallowmeme costume. Any suggestions that do not cost $99 for a palette as I will mostly only need yellows and shading stuff.

Mehron is by far the best for quality IMO. You could get the refill size pans for $8 on Amazon of the colors you need! :)
I would say the same thing. Alternatively Mehron do mini palettes for around £30 that have various colour selections in. There's one with the primaries and black & white.
