Delete all of them, except those that are a month old. If they are more than a month old and you have not already archived the ones you needed to save, they are no longer relevant

If it's Gmail start filtering. Look at the first few pages, see if there's an obvious group of messages, e.g. emails from twitch. Select all those, then go "filter messages like these", skip the inbox, add a "twitch" label, and select apply to messages at the bottom. Create (1/2)

The label, then it should pull all your messages that fit your search criteria out of your inbox and into the "twitch" folder in this case. Keep doing that. Bonus: it will sort all your future messages like this too. I can't do without filters!

Doing it FOR you but you could be in constant contact with them on the matter as well as potentially have them help you with organizing travel, meetings among many other things you could possibly need help with digitally. Figured it might be something worth looking into.
