      Even then It doesn't take that much time when they provide a timestamp. Since you fall under Twitch they should protect you until proven guilty. Saves a lot of frustration and work for everyone involved. Glad it got resolved 😀

      Yeah, I mean it would be great if the law was changed to give some wiggle room to "protect" people, but it's frustrating to see people blame Twitch when they have no choice :(

      I found over 35+ channels broadcasting the fight with twitch staff in there.yes its against the law but thats why you have staff,any one of them could of gone to your channel and verified if you were doing it instead of banning automatically.

      It's not Twitch banning the channels, it's the company that OP Talent uses to file the DCMA that causes the channel to get banned. That company doesn't file a claim on the 35+ channels? They don't get banned. Simple has that. Twitch is just a middle man and has no control.

      Yes correct. @OP_Talent need to re-evaluate the people that file these DMCAs because they did so on my channel with no verification. Incompotency at its finest.

          The DMCA is a necessary system but one w/ many faults that are often abused. Twitch's hands were tied as the service provider. The claimant should have done more due diligence. Unfortunately, @Djari328 was caught in the middle. I'm just glad it was all resolved. 😊
