Seeing Twitch partners blaming affiliates for their subscriber count decline is just incredible, especially when the amount of subscriber support has gone up with the intro of Twitch Prime. Sorry Linda, you didn't lose subscribers because of the affiliates...

This logic doesn’t make sense to me.. the cost to sub to an affiliate vs a partner is the same (more sub options for partner). You can’t control who people sub to. If you’re putting out meh content that people don’t want to watch, of course they will go elsewhere.

It's literally people looking for a scapegoat for their dying streams. When I lose subs (and I definitely do, it's normal to go up and down) I first turn to myself, I don't look for outside sources to blame.
