The thing I’m confused about is that anyone would be upset about affiliates being paid earlier. Now I’m freelance, it honestly matters so much to know you’ll be able to pay the rent etc.
I am shocked that anyone could ever be mad about that, honestly. I feel if partners are feeling intimidated by affiliates getting new features, you'd have to be quite insecure about your own content.
I always think about my friends who are affiliates, like @ReaperSteve1, @MelissaCroft07 or my main poop @Hamoth45 and I feel so happy for them being SUPPORTED by Twitch.
It’s great to see you and the community supporting each other - that’s what Twitch is about - the 
People are missing the biggest point. Partners don't pay the processing fee on sub revenue. We legit get £2.50 (or whichever cut you have) regardless of how the Sub comes our way. Twitch sometimes makes only pennies in profit on Subscriptions. Affiliates? They pay.
