Whether you're dating someone or not shouldn't matter. You don't need to avoid someone because they're in a relationship. Basic human decency costs absolutely nothing.
That's not what I meant. Moreso that if I intended on talking with someone with a dating intention I would first look. Then make it clear. I don't hide my intentions, if it's not wanted I'll step away.
