I would be lying if I didn't say I'm struggling to cope in a big way right now but I am going to see a doctor tomorrow and hopefully they can advise me on what is best to do for my mental health. I hope I can be back soon roasting plebs and being a general goof.

I know I have a really bad habit (I think we all do) of focusing on the negative comments, but I wanted to at least say a lot of people have been reaching out to me to check in and send words of support. I'm so grateful for you all, I read and appreciate all the kind sentiments.

After 5 years, I am leaving Method. I do not support the inaction towards Josh.

Thankfully today was a little more palatable as I've had a lot of emotional support from those dear to me, but I meant what I said about staying clear of social media as I truly believe the effect it is having on me right now is critically damaging to my mental health.

I have always expressed my concerns about Josh's behavior and passed on information regarding him to management. I realise that a lot of people see my relationship with Sco as a boost in hierarchy at Method but I have never been involved in those conversations or had that power.

Originally, I always thought his stream was built on an over exaggerated incel character and a lot of things I am only just learning. I'm horrified, disgusted and I am feeling physically ill upon reading the accounts. I have learned a great deal more in the last 2 days.

My knowledge of Josh before accounts came forward was that he was innapropriate to women & made really creepy and harrowing remarks. I also heard later on about a knife and assumed that was the reason he was banned.https://twitter.com/djarii/status/1276083365603610626 …

I'm going to be calling my GP today and I've been looking urgently at local therapists to speak to. It is an understatement to say but I am struggling to cope. I'm sorry for unloading this on Twitter but it is all I can do to keep everyone informed.

I tweeted the other day vaguely about my own sexual abuse, this last week of doomscrolling Twitter and now with the findings of yesterday, it has left me particularly vulnerable and quite frankly in some depressive limbo and I'm struggling to function.

I'm going to be taking a break from social media, throughout the past week and with yesterday being the catalyst, it has taken the biggest toll on my mental health. Yday was the first day in my recollection that I have suffered multiple debilitating panic and anxiety attacks.
