    I haven't used in years. Today I was required to use it for a pre-paid business trip only to find out my account has been locked and Lyft support can't tell me why it's locked, nor unlock my aaccount. Now I have $'s I can't use. What a terrible support and experience.

    We work very carefully to make sure we stay reputable and we've checked the appropriate databases and we are not flagged or blacklisted in any way. With the EFAIL disclosure yesterday, it is possible any new security rule has been added that could cause issues?
