    And US Con Law (as it currently stands) would support a mask mandate during a pandemic -- with exceptions for legitimate health concerns. It is legal under US Con Law to require vaccinations for school attendance. Why would a mask receive different legal treatment?

    Judge rules for parents in Florida school mask case Kudos to the judge and lawyer. DeSantis is using the Parents Bill of Rights statute to justify his mask ban. That statute is simply a restatement of US Constitutional Law ("US Con Law").
