Handmade fafra/farfar - a popular snack in Bangladesh & other parts of South Asia. Twice cooked ground rice dough, coloured, shaped & dried in the sun. Dropped in oil they puff up & become crispy! My aunt made these in summer. Can’t wait to eat!
