I am calling this year the YouTube year of hell. #youtubeyearofhell and wish @TeamYouTube to respond to this
All YouTubers are annoyed with the invalid community strikes

Google is taking action towards kodi as we have seen from the removal of "kodi" from the google auto complete. The 3rd party videos are classed as "hacking" and against community guidelines. If you choose to keep breaking the guidelines that's hardly youtubes fault.

I would agree with you if that was the guidelines. But what you say is pure speculation. If that was correct I wouldn't win 10+ strikes in the last month. The guidelines are open to subjective interpretation and that is YT fault. No one wants to break them, but understand them.

Its not speculation, I have had many conversations with them after it happened to me. Copyright strikes are not google as they have received complaints which they have to act upon & can be countered if invalid Community strikes can also be in error and appealed if false

Since I had plenty of conversations as well, I was told otherwise - see the confusion? They always told me to stay calm, there is an error, the algorithm, yada-yada. Then the responses got very generic, like talking with a bot (which is probably the case).
