My VR EscapeRoom business is a finalist in a "Start Up Business of the Year" award! I set out to introduce new people to VR, so this'll help.
I also set out to force myself out of my comfort zone so feeling so uncomfortable but blowing my own trumpet anyway is a success right?

This is what free roaming group play VR looks like in my weekend hobby business. While i take no credit for the games (i license them) i am rather proud that I found a way of getting to introduce new people to VR every weekend! #vr

Couldn't figure out how to get VR into my print business. Now I turn the workshop into a VR Escape Room & introduce folk to VR every weekend! Complete free roam group immersion anyone can play. I get to see people try VR for the first time all the time. It never gets old!

Already too many reviews that disappoint so I've cancelled my QuestPro for now. Thinking about the improvement in Quest2 from launch to update 46, I'm not writing the Qpro off. But for now, I'll hang on to the money!

Had a disappointment earlier when a meeting I'd been looking forward to was cancelled... then I had five 12yr old lads turn up to play a VR Escape game. That can be hard work.. but today wasn't. They were hilarious, well behaved, polite, and loved the game. Cheered me up no end.

We drifted into the launch/tweak/patch/dlc norm. Anyone else miss the fire and forget days of buy the tape/disk/cartridge WYSIWYG? Only thinking of VR as #vr is all I play now, but I guess it's relevant everywhere.

Had a superb time this weekend. My hobby job lets me see people try VR for the first time numerous times a day. So much fun seeing people just get straight into it. It's not getting old yet!

Why is the gov coming out with massive spends to help people pay energy bills rather than doing it at the supplier level so that people's energy bills don't go up as much? Is it purely the optics?
There is a crow outside my bedroom window who is so rhythmic with its call that it sounds like a truck reversing. That was weird to wake up to!
My friend claims the he accidentally glued himself to his autobiography, but I don't believe him.

#vr folk - Is there a term for shared space VR games? My VRescape room is a meatspace 6mx6m room that teams play in using Q2s. The Q2 provides the environment & objects but everything else is realworld. I need a description that spells out it's not a VR game in the normal sense.

For clarity - imagine you were in your headset, you build a copy of your room, you decorate the walls with many images you've saved. When happy, the software generates a PDF (for example) that can be printed as wallpaper drops...

I can see software that allows for some of the in VR elements, but nothing that then exports the surfaces in a useful way.

Any #vr folk out there know of software that allows a layman to, within vr, build walls from known components, then decorate those walls with imported 2d logos/images and then (the key bit) the software generates printable files of the designs created for production IRL..
