37% by the way, the adjusted operating profit of some of these monopoly businesses. Funded from student fees and publicly funded research and development, money which should be used for - wait for it - education and research

So much hard work from so many people to get to this stage. And so much appreciation from colleagues who recognise how difficult it is. As with libraries across the world, we are essentially redesigning entire services from the ground up. Steady as we go...

This is not to say that there aren’t problems of representation in our collections and community engagement as well as culturally problematic interpretations. These are issues we absolutely need to work on, in partnership with historically silenced voices #BlackLivesMatter
