Looks like they *do* know what they are doing: It’s a service that helps companies market to their customers directly through their calendar. Ugh.
I just wanted the Timbers match schedule, not to be “engaged” by marketing companies with questionable privacy practices.

Huh, nope it did go through without checking the box. Which means, at best, it’s all set up to look like it’s required… but then they can say you opted in.
