i am terrible at sleep... it's a skill that I've never managed with any form of success.

me either. magnesium glycinate working good for me lately. combine with CBD isolate (non-psychoactive) for complete transition to concrete.

my diet is typically fairly high in magnesium, but rather low in CBD. May need to investigate.

i’ve tried several different magnesiums. glycerinate i found to be better than melatonin for good sleep and no digestive side effects.
