It's not just one addon and so far there is no sign of Webextension equivalents. Speed Dials, Mouse Gestures, things like that.

I would suggest to contact the addon autors first and ask their plans. Some of them are probably working on this.

Where does the optimism that most authors will rewrite their addons from scratch come from? It's quite some effort. I'm very skeptical.

In my situation it's hide system titlebar add-on. It's solved on Windows. Chromium had this for years. Wasted laptop screen space.
