@dietrich, I only began getting these messages this year (at other sites). Did you ever resolve your issue? I don’t even have third-party tracking turned off. I block some cookies (YouTube, Doubleclick) but I’ve done that for nearly 10 years without getting the nag screens. -
It's probably because of those cookies you block - no surveillance, no money for the publisher! The only solution subvert the ad/surveillance model by blocking tracking, forcing publishers into other solutions. This is the most promising effort:https://www.grantfortheweb.org/
