@dietrich I need a good, reliable sausage recipe that can be made small-ish scale (~4 lbs) using synthetic casing. I'm not quite a pro (yet)

@chengwang hey! all the recipes at meatclub.in are for 10lbs, pretty easy to adjust down. i've never tried synthetic casing! - 1 more reply
