Sadly Opera is currently doing this over HTTP. Only native P2P browsers I can think of right now are

I hope that's clear enough. Happy to answer any questions. We're pushing on what a true mobile node would look like, both in browsers and on mobile generally. But it's step by step. Really long process and takes a *lot* of work to work with browsers to change the web platform.
