Another day, another email to a seemingly cool organization about their newsletter subscription form being broken unless I enable corporate surveillance of my online activities. I rarely get a response. An internet of Chrome users, blind to being watched.

That won't fix it. It's things like tracking requests blocking links, clicks or form submissions from functioning properly. Tracking is so acceptable and built into the ad economy that designers and developers are making websites that don't work unless tracking is possible.
