Sorry, I didn't realise your interest was that specific, although it is related in the sense it is mincing in that direction. My idea was 1) safegit, 2) web client like github for safegit. No reason why we can't add package registry to this. In fact its a logical step.
yeah I'm interested also in adoption mechanics around this stuff. "we can make a decentralized X" has been true for a while, yet developers do not immediately flock to options where they're in control. Lots of challenges in that gap.
