I can't subscribe to any newsletters using @Mailchimp because their Captcha is a tracker
Ok, thanks! Btw do you know what the difference is here? I'm not sure how I got "custom"... maybe migration from older settings? "known trackers in all windows" vs "trackers" - any real difference, or just confusing strings?pic.twitter.com/Pdr1vsZ0OB

The dropdown near trackers in "custom" lets you block trackers in private windows only (as opposed to all windows in the strict mode). The UI is confusing at first glance but I'm not sure I have great ideas on how to improve it.

In response to
@pdolanjski, I set "custom" to trackers in all windows cookies (third party trackers) which I assume will be closest to the default setting (my guess is the default will be closer to "standard" in all windows, but there is no way to do that in the current UI). - 3 more replies

They are the same thing here. You got custom b/c you had original TP (now "known trackers") set on in all windows. Original TP still breaks too much for most users, thus the new blocking of cookies from known trackers.
