Obscurity through privacy:
If you're on @FirefoxNightly and you're having frustrating and bizarre timezone issues...
...maybe it's because you set privacy.resistFingerprinting = true.
This explains so much weird stuff over the last couple of weeks.

Also: If your window sizes were not being restored correctly after a restart. It's like the browser has ghosts.

Browser window size is a good source of data to fingerprint users. If you run Tor or use resistFingerprinting you should leave the window in the default size.

Sure, I understand the benefit. But when we ship fingerprinting resistance we need a visual indicator to ensure the user knows what the hell is going on.
