It is mind blowing how bad most college coaches are at drawing up plays at the end of close games. They make $1M to tell a kid to dribble around for 10 seconds then go off a ball screen while everyone else stands around.

You would think so. My guess is that these coaches go with the "give it to my guy and get out of his way" strategy. You'll see some action to get the player open but most neglect to have the other 3 guys continue to move during the ball screen. Makes it easier for the D to key in
