1. Walk thru Hyde Park
2. Eat fish and chips
3. Drink 2 pints of Carling

@dickc 8 rounds? Oh my. As in 19 pull ups, 8 times? When you first started were you able to do even one pull-up? That's awesome growth. -

@dickc Wow! Inspiring... 152 pull-ups, in addition to all the other exercises in 1hr 30min. And, couldn't do 1 when you 1st began training.
