    worst thing about a $5 ATM fee is how regressive the "tax" is on those most limited in what they can withdraw. % on $20 is ridiculous.

        @dickc @sacca so much of the fees for the underbanked and unbanked are massively regressive. The CARD Act's success here is under-sung.

        @dickc @pmarca Credit Unions are a great alternative for low/no-fee accounts, networks of surcharge-free ATM's, & many refund bank ATM fees.
