It's not like we didn't run sessions here locally in Austin. I didn't say "majority;" I'd say the number of experiences of people I've witnessed personally and heard of secondary is in the "many" range.

stack isn't net negative. It's useful for me personally, saving me of time and energy for working with haskell. Every haskell company I've worked for and everyone I've taught has used it with great success. We clearly have different experiences here. Mine are as valid as yours

My goal here is to make a slightly better argument than that in favour of stack. I refuse to do better than that. I have achieved that goal.
