      Worse, it's a pattern of behaviour by ops. That individual in particular has created a hostile, anti-intellectual, anti-learning environment. No point in even going there.

          The chat that is banned from #scala by toxic mods has to go somewhere & a lot of that chat is useful: Critiques of Scala the language and its libraries; critiques of proposals; use of #Haskell as a teaching aid. All these things are banned from pound scala!
