A year ago I wrote @Qantas a letter, commending them on service.
Today I was on the (recorded) phone for 150 minutes, where numerous consumer law offences were committed. My rights were misrepresented to me. I had to threaten escalation to have my money rightfully returned.
I think it is more productive to take my phone recording to Fair Trading, where multiple blatant consumer offences have been committed by QANTAS. It blew my mind.
