Whoever tells @snoyberg to "to stop using Hackage, full stop" can please exit the community. There aren't many that have invested as much time, effort, and energy into making Haskell a wonderful language to use, especially at work.
For example, how's the #haskell abuse channel going on slack?
We (Haskell) didn't have this social problem >= 10 years ago. Consider why that is.

The Haskell slack channel doesn't have any abuse that I've seen and I spend way too much time on there. ofc we're in different timezones, so I might just be missing it.

/me tries to resist installing Slack... Resisting... Want to be with the people... So hard...

I’m rarely there, so not surprisingly this is the first I’ve heard of it. What abuse are you referring to?

This is a question worth answering, but not on twitter.
