Switches to a different Zulu offset, and since humans are incompetent at communicating time, the problem compounds for 6 months annually.

The best Zulu offset is zero.

And so it begins. Automatic time zone setting on my phone set itself to UTC+11 while in Brisbane. Woke up sleeping child as a result.
