I've always understood "toxic people" as a silly nickname for psycopaths at workplace. But I am biased as had to interact with many of them.
The idea of "toxic people" has to go. It's straight name-calling, that bypasses the bullshit filter of some who accept it as appropriate.

My issue is its not specific. "This person punchesllscreamsllcries at people when angry" is more useful than "toxic".
