for clarity, about CoCs: in ur understanding do they pertain only to ur interactions within, e.g., Typelevel? or to the "larger community"?

like is it ok to do whatever as long as it's just some random chick who is learning Haskell but not someone who belongs to Typelevel?
FYI, Typelevel has a well known/established reputation for excluding people & ideas. Amusingly, the good ones [and it shows].
