Something similar to Clojure but statically typed, I am very happy with Clojure but static types saves a lot of headaches.
I completely agree that static types are necessary to productivity. Try Haskell. Let me know how you go.

No. Akka and Spark are at the extreme end of poorly done libraries.

Actually I give a try to Haskell but Ocaml appeals more to me. So now I am into Ocaml.
