Where is that person who always tells me the software "works good enough" when it is crashing and burning? Like right now. WHERE?!

I want to hear from someone who takes the position that software works too well.
Suppose aircraft build quality were as acceptable as software. Now imagine the shenanigans during pre-flight check :)
