The purescript class hierarchy is wrong.

@gb_r Just nitpicking MonadPlus and a lack of divergence of Plus/Or.
The hierarchy is actually very good.
Profunctor, Contravariant, etc?

@gb_r I am of the opinion that Profunctor/Functor/Contravariant/Decideable (and others) are more amenable to "core libraries."
