@dibblego I agree with the technical substance of FTP, I just don't think delay would have those negative outcomes

@dibblego the AMP is a road map here; splitting it across a couple releases didn't cause it to bitrot and helped communicate the changes

@acfoltzer having a delay so as to discuss nothing useful at all sounds benign at first approximation. It isn't though.
