@argumatronic But, I saw some awful foster homes too. So, if you can truly empathise with abuse, then imo you have a rare talent.

@dibblego I had friends in foster care growing up. I've seen a few bad examples of it. Amazes me ppl become fosters if they can't empathize

@argumatronic Actually, it was my interest in computer programming that inspired who became my foster parents.

@dibblego Oh? Were they programmers?

@argumatronic Yes. My foster father still is. At the time, owned a consulting business. I got my first programming "contract" at age 16!
