@BrianGoetz Please no reified generics in #java. It's the only thing going for it. It's a very bad idea.

@dibblego My understanding (from our JCP contacts in the London Java Community) is that Oracle have already ruled it out.
@thecoda I was reading http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/discuss/2014-June/003445.html … and saw reified generics, which is one of few things java got right.
