I want a function that, given a chess position and a rating, can predict the likelihood of playing each move.
@mwotton I think a program is optimised for the best possible move, not trained in how people think about their moves and outcomes.

@dibblego right - it's _more_ than a perfect chess player, but a program for a perfect chess player is necessarily encoded in it. -
