I want a function that, given a chess position and a rating, can predict the likelihood of playing each move.

@dibblego wouldn't a specialisation of this function be a perfect chess player? Just pass a ludicrously high rating...
@mwotton I think a program is optimised for the best possible move, not trained in how people think about their moves and outcomes.
