Let's all think about the fact, for a second, that `if` is not a method on Boolean, not even in the most extreme OO languages.

@dibblego Yes, I think I understand what you're saying. What made you mention that fact? It seems only loosely related to my statement.

@fronx because it is a "method on boolean" in that it is (strictly isomorphic to) boolean. You might mean that it is not first class.

@dibblego The point I was trying to make: there are very common cases where people find it obvious that "objects" are not a helpful model.
